Created by the artist, paying homage to German painter "Edvard Munch", whose painting "The Scream" sold for $119,922,500 at Sotherby`s New York, on May 2nd 2012. The artist created an original artwork based on the painting using 754 coloured squares, each with the amount $159,048,41 underneath, which when added together made up the $119,922,500 reached at auction by the painting.
This archival pigment print is brought to life with the addition of a screen printed gloss overlay. Printed on 300gsm Somerset Satin paper with deckled edges. This large sized artwork measure`s 76cm x 98cm, forming part of a limited edition of just 40. It comes signed, dated stamped and numbered by the artist.
